Method
  1. Lightly toast the country bread and spread it with the Chavroux goat cheese

  2. Cut the avocados (remove the pit and skin), then slice the flesh and place on the toast

  3. Add radish slices, spring onion, and a few currants of choice. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  4. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle chia seeds to finish
