Method
  1. Mix the crackers with 30g of nuts and the butter

  2. Place the resulting powder in a round cookie cutter and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C. Leave to cool

  3. Mix the Chavroux goat’s cheese with the remaining walnuts. Pour this filling over the cracker layer, into the cookie cutter, and chill

  4. Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven, brushing them with olive oil, for 10 minutes at 180°C

  5. Unmold the cheesecake and place the roasted cherry tomatoes on top
