Unmold the Chavroux pyramid into a salad bowl and add the chopped chives. Mix well
Wash the Chavroux pyramid jar and brush it lightly with grapeseed oil using a paper towel. Refill the jar with the goat cheese and chive mixture
Pack well and smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours
Cut carrots into sticks
Unmold the chive pyramid and dip in the carrot sticks
