Method
  1. Unmold the Chavroux pyramid into a salad bowl and add the chopped chives. Mix well

  2. Wash the Chavroux pyramid jar and brush it lightly with grapeseed oil using a paper towel. Refill the jar with the goat cheese and chive mixture

  3. Pack well and smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours

  4. Cut carrots into sticks

  5. Unmold the chive pyramid and dip in the carrot sticks

6 strands of fresh chives
A drizzle of grape-seed oil
