Method
  1. Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut it into 6-8 pieces, 3-4cm long. Remove a little flesh from each piece

  2. Work the goat’s cheese with a fork to soften it. Top each piece with cucumber and refrigerate or serve immediately. Sprinkle with chopped chives to finish
