Method
  1. Wash the spinach and cabbage leaves.
  2. Cook the cabbage leaves in boiling water. Drain them and fry them in an oiled pan.
  3. Then add the spinach leaves and Chavroux Pyramid goat’s cheese.
  4. In the center of the pan, crack 2 eggs and cover the pan with a lid.
    Let it cook over on low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with thyme, pepper and it’s ready!

200g spinach leaves

150g cabbage

2 eggs

1 tbsp olive oil

5g thyme
