- Wash the spinach and cabbage leaves.
- Cook the cabbage leaves in boiling water. Drain them and fry them in an oiled pan.
- Then add the spinach leaves and Chavroux Pyramid goat’s cheese.
- In the center of the pan, crack 2 eggs and cover the pan with a lid.Let it cook over on low heat for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with thyme, pepper and it’s ready!
