Method
  1. Scoop small portions of the Chavroux goat’s cheese Pyramid and roll them into balls

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the chopped mixed nuts, dried cranberries, and smoked paprika

  3. Roll each cheese ball in the nut and cranberry mixture until fully coated

  4. On a large serving platter, arrange the fresh greens and herbs in a circular shape to form the base of the wreath

  5. Place the coated cheese balls on top of the greens, distributing them evenly around the wreath

  6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste

  7. Garnish with additional herbs if desired
