In a large pot, add 1.2L of water, some salt and 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook the spaghetti in there, “al dente”.
- Peel and slice the onion. Fry them with the bacon, without adding any fat.
Heat the Saint Agur Blue Crème in a saucepan over low heat, stirring.
Add the cooked onions and bacon to the blue cheese sauce.
Drain the pasta and mix it thoroughly with the sauce. Add any seasoning of your choice and taste. Enjoy!
