  1. For the vegetable skewers, wash the vegetables. Cut the Chavroux and courgette into medium sized pieces. Then place into a bowl with the tomatoes.
  2. Mix oil with a little water, salt and pepper into the bowl. Add paprika, thyme and chilli and mix with the vegetables and cheese. Garnish with some chopped garlic.
  3. Place the vegetable and cheese evenly onto the skewers. Fry the vegetable skewers on the hot grill. Or heat in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
INGREDIENTS 150g Chavroux soft cheese
12 Cherry tomatoes
1 Courgette
2 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Thyme (dried)
Dash of chilli powder
1 Clove of garlic
1 tbsp of broth
4 Wooden shish kebab skewers
Salt & pepper
