This semi hard cheese is made with sheep's milk. Its texture is firm and slightly crunchy. It is characterized by an intense nutty flavour, with lactic notes, touches of pineapple and caramel.

MAHON DE MENORCA
Hard cheese

This hard cheese is made with pasteurised cow's milk. Orange rind. It is a firm cheese, showing an ivory color and some "eyes" distributed in the paste. Its milky taste and flavour are developed, with slight buttery reminiscences of toasted nuts and hazelnut aromas.

Pasteurised goat's milk cheese
