Method
  1. Cut off the base of the endives and separate the leaves. Rinse and dry them, then arrange them into a flower pattern on a plate.
  2. Mix the oil and vinegar in a bowl and season with pepper. Dice the cheese. Peel the apple, remove the core, and dice it as well.
  3. Distribute the dices apple, Saint Agur Blue Cheese and walnuts among the endive leaves. Drizzle with a little oil and vinegar.

15g Walnut Oil

10g Wine Vinegar

5g Parsely
