Method
  1. Wash and slice the endives, wash and cut the apples into sticks, roughly chop the walnuts and cut the Saint Agur Blue Cheese into cubes
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl with the olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and serve.

4 Endives

2 Green Apples

10 Walnuts

1 tbps Pomegranate Seed

2 tbps Olive Oil

1-2 tbps Lemon Juice
