Method
  1. Spread butter or drizzle olive oil on one side of each slice of bread

  2. Slice the Chavroux Goats Cheese Log into thin rounds.
    Place the cheese slices on the unbuttered side of one bread slice

  3. Add fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.

  4. Top with the second slice of bread and heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Slice in half and serve warm.
