Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix the oat flakes and seeds in a bowl. Add the agave syrup and mix well to coat the seeds

  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool and harden for 1 hour at room temperature

  3. Brown the 1/2 pear pieces flesh-side down in a pan with butter and honey for 6 to 8 minutes

  4. Place the pears on plates, then spread the Saint Agur Blue Cheese on top and sprinkle generously with granola. Enjoy!

10g Butter

10g Sesame and Buckwheat Seeds

10g Sunflower Seeds

30g Oat Flakes

1tbps Agave Syrup
