Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix the oat flakes and seeds in a bowl. Add the agave syrup and mix well to coat the seeds
Spread the mixture evenly in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool and harden for 1 hour at room temperature
Brown the 1/2 pear pieces flesh-side down in a pan with butter and honey for 6 to 8 minutes
Place the pears on plates, then spread the Saint Agur Blue Cheese on top and sprinkle generously with granola. Enjoy!
