Method
  1. Preheat the over to 200°C. Wash and scrub the potatoes well and dry with a clean towel – dry skin to ensure it’ll be crispy once baked.

  2. Rub each potato with 1 tsp of olive oil (il alo helps the skin go golden) and season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Then use a fork to pierce the potato a couple of times. 
  3. Place on a baking try and bake for 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (well-cooked). Do check on if they bake faster.

  4. In the meantime, cut the bacon into small pieces and cook it in a pan with olive oil and seasoning of your choice. Cut the chives as well.

  5. Once potato is baked, cut it open straight away. Add some butter in to make it soft. Then add the bacon, season well, the Saint Agur Blue Crème, and lastly sprinkle with chives and enjoy!
