Method
  1. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes. Cut 2 of them in half and chop them finely. Slice the other. Finely cut the garlic and finely slice the pepper.

  2. Mix the tomatoes with 2 tbsp of olive oil, the garlic, olives and half of the marjoram and place in an ovenproof dish. Place the feta on top and add 2 tomato slices on top of it. Sprinkle the rest of the marjoram on top and pour the other 2 tbsp of olive oil over it.

  3. Bake for 15 to 20 mins in the oven at 170°C.

1 pack of ISLOS feta

3 tomatoes

2 garlic cloves

1 green pepper

10 olives

1 tsp marjoram

4 tbsp of olive oil
