Method
  1. Cook the pasta al-dente according to the package instructions and drain them. Meanwhile, dice the ham into small pieces. And preheat the oven to the grill setting.
  2. Melt the diced cheese over low heat with the cream. Set aside a few cheese pieces.

  3. Mix the pasta shells with the ham and blue cheese sauce. Add the pepper to taste.

  4. Scatter the blue cheese pieces over the gratin and bake under the grill for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

150g Saint Agur Blue Cheese

320g Pasta (this dish uses coquillettes)

4 Slices of Ham

10ml Cream

Pinch of pepper
