Start by peeling the squash and cutting it into small cubes. Place them in a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté for 3 minutes.
Then add the red lentils, tomato puree, vegetable cube, water, salt and paprika.
- Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, covered.
Add the Chavroux Pyramid goat’s cheese and mix everything together.
