Method
  1. Start by peeling the squash and cutting it into small cubes. Place them in a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté for 3 minutes.

  2. Then add the red lentils, tomato puree, vegetable cube, water, salt and paprika.

  3. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, covered.
  4. Add the Chavroux Pyramid goat’s cheese and mix everything together.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

1/2 (75g)  Chavroux Pyramid

125g red lentils

100g squash (butternut or pumpkin)

4 tbsp tomato puree

1/2 cube (10g) vegetable broth

0.75l water

1 pinch paprika

1 tbs (6g) olive oil
