Slice the gingerbread and blue cheese into 2cm cubes, place the blue cheese cubes in the refrigerator
Peel the pears, cut them into cubes the same size as the blue cheese and gingerbread
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Brown the diced pears for 3 minutes. Drizzle with honey and let it caramelize slightly
Place the diced pears on a plate and let them cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator
Assemble the Rubik’s Cube by alternating the three ingredients. Place the cube in the refrigerator until ready to serve!
