Method
  1. Brioche with Saint Agur Crème and Pears: – Peel and dice a small pear. Place in a pan with a tablespoon of honey. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, then let cool. – Cut the tops off the mini brioches. Hollow out the insides of the brioches slightly. Place a drop of Saint Agur Crème inside with the diced pears, then replace the tops

  2. Mini pizzas with Saint Agur Crème and figs – Cut out eight 4cm diameter rounds of thin pizza dough, then blind bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C. Let cool. Spread some Saint Agur Crème on each round piece of dough and place small pieces of fresh figs on top. Sprinkle with paprika.

  3. Dark Rye Bread with Saint Agur Crème and blueberries – Cut eight small rectangles of dark rye bread. Lightly toast under the oven for a couple of minutes. Let cool. Spread some Saint Agur Crème on top and then place three blueberries on each.

1 Dark Rye Bread

Some Blueberries

Pinch of Paparika
