Method
  1. Crack the eggs and beat them up with a fork.
  2. Dice up the blue cheese, add half of it along with the pepper, and mix this well.

  3. Melt the butter in a pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Cook for 1 minutes over medium heat, then continue cooking over low heat, covering the pan. Add the remaining diced cheese once served!
