Arrange the pasta on a plate with the pesto sauce and cherry tomatoes and top with some more Chavroux goat’s cheese Pyramid. Serve warm with some toast.
Bring some water to a boil and add the pasta till it’s cooked.
Prepare the pesto by mixing the basil, pine nuts, Chavroux goat’s cheese Pyramid and olive oil.
- Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven for 10 minutes.
