Method
  1. Pre-heat the oven grill then slice the bun in half.

  2. Place a little rocket on the bottom half of the bun and then drizzle with the balsamic cream.

  3. Add onions and pepper confit.

  4. Place the patty (pre-cooked in a pan) on a baking sheet and place a slice of blue cheese on top. Place under the grill.

  5. After the cheese melts, place the patty on the bottom half of the bun and then top with the other half.
    Serve immediately and enjoy hot!

red onion confit: ½
pepper confit: ½
Saint Agur cheese: 1 wedge
baby rocket: 1 handful
