Method
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F)

  2. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Drizzle a little
    olive oil over each slice. Put a slice of Chavroux log on
    each slice of bread. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese.
    Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about
    10-15 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is slightly melted

  3. Arrange a handful of mixed salad in a bowl

  4. Place the baked Chavroux toasts on top

  5. Drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad

  6. Add the tomato slices on top. Scatter the chopped cashews over the top. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper and it’s ready to serve!

1 Chavroux Log
4 large slices of sourdough
2 tablespoons honey
Mixed salad greens
A handful of baby tomatoes, sliced
50g cashews, roughly chopped
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
