Method
  1. Wash the dry vegetables. Cut them into slices, about 1 cm thick.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, crack the egg into a bowl and beat it well.

  3. Unr0ll the pastry into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush it with the egg, then prick it with the end of the fork. Now back for 15 minutes.

  4. Add the slices vegetables on top and bake for an additional 25 minutes.

  5. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add slices of blue cheese over the tart and leave for cooking.

1 roll (80g) Shortcrust Pastry

4 Multicolour Tomatoes (red, green, yellow)

1 Zucchini

1 Egg

4 Branches Fresh Thyme

Pinch of Ground Pepper
