Method
  1. Wash the dry vegetables. Cut them into slices, about 1 cm thick.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, crack the egg into a bowl and beat it well.

  3. Unroll the pastry into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush it with the egg, then prick it with the end of the fork. Now bake for 10-12 minutes.

  4. Add the slices vegetables on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  5. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add slices of blue cheese over the tart and leave for cooking.

150g Saint Agur Blue Cheese

1 roll (80g) Shortcrust Pastry

4 Multicolour Tomatoes (red, green, yellow)

1 Zucchini

1 Egg

4 Branches Fresh Thyme

Pinch of Ground Pepper
